“ QUOTES “The truly creative mind in any field is no more than this: A human creature born abnormally, inhumanely sensitive. To them... a touch is a blow, a sound is a noise, a misfortune is a tragedy, a joy is an ecstasy, a friend is a lover, a lover is a god, and failure is death. By some strange, unknown, inward urgency they are not really alive unless they are creating.” - Pearl Buck “Adversity is just change that we haven’t adapted ourselves to yet.” - Aimee Mullins “It’s not about breaking the rules. It is about abandoning the concept of rules altogether” - Paul Lemberg “Curiosity about life in all of its aspects, I think, is still the secret of great creative people.” - Leo Burnett I nnovation is change itself – breaking rules to make way for growth and differences – but it is also the art of adapting to change as it happens. Whenever we create something, we change – we change raw materials into creations, we change our world with a new approach, process or thing, and we change ourselves into more colourful beings – creators to our very core. In order to create with honesty and integrity, we must begin with blank canvases and get curious about our own artistic intentions – the messages we wish to send, the things we wish to change and the “mistakes” we wish to make peace with for the good of the artwork as a whole.
