Of course, the process of education continues well beyond the school yard or university halls. Intelligence may lead us to great ideas, but it is our character that gives us the courage to execute those ideas, giving way to true innovation, and truly great educators – unearthed during the school years and beyond – know how to bring this out of their students.
The early 20th century saw an upheaval in perspective, Einstein and films arrived along with James Joyce’s Ulysses. Modernism commenced. Now we are in yet another era.
