Stephen is focused on a sustainable and product- ive agricultural industry and understands that the sustain- able use of fertiliser ensures the ongoing profitability and productivity of Australia’s agri- culture. STEPHEN WARE Stephen Ware holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration Univer- sity of New England, a Diploma of Corporate Management and has a strong record of achieve- ment in agribusiness, project and general management. He is the Executive Director for the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association (AEPMA). AEPMA members supply ser- vices to Australia’s $1Billion pest management industry. Stephen’s broad range of ex- perience in agriculture has en- compassed the apiary, livestock and pulse industries after start- ing his career as Economist for the NSW Farmers’ Association. Stephen currently runs a Sheep Master Stud in conjunction with his brother Graeme at Wondai in the South Burnett region in Queensland.

DAVID LAMB Professor David Lamb has been at the forefront of precision agri- culture in Australia for the past 25 years and was recently appointed as Chief Scientist of the Food Agil- ity Cooperative Research Centre (CRC). He established the Univer- sity of New England’s Precision Agriculture Research Group, and the internationally renowned SMART Farm project. He has led more than 40 industry-funded R&D projects and is the Austral- ian representative to the Inter- national Society for Precision Agriculture. In 2016 he received the McClymont Distinguished Professorship at UNE in recogni- tion of his ongoing service to agri- culture innovation and research leadership. STEPHEN ANNELLS Stephen Annells, Executive Manager (CEO) at Fertilizer Australia, is an experienced CEO/Senior Executive hav- ing spent his 30 year career in the Australian agricultural industry. Pre- vious positions have included CEO of Regional Development Australia Mid North Coast, Regional Agribusiness Manager with Westpac Bank, Director of the Graduate Network of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, and Executive Dir- ector of Economic Security for Women. A Graduate of the Aus- tralian Rural Leadership Pro- gram and previous NSW ABC Rural Woman of the Year Lor- raine is currently completing her PhD in Ecological Econom- ics through UNE.
